Who can claim their money back?

Claims are only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

How many times can I claim my money back for a participating Demazin product? (See T&Cs for the list of these)

There is a limit of 1 claim per household during the promotion. 

How much money back will I receive?

The money back is a refund of the purchase price you paid for the participating Demazin product (see T&Cs for the list of these) in a pharmacy in Australia during the promotional period, subject to the maximum cashback amount per product as set out in the T&Cs.

When must a participating Demazin product must be purchased in order for a money back claim to be submitted?

Participating Allergy product must be purchased from an Australian Pharmacy between between the 1st August 2021 - 28th February 2022.

When can I make a claim for my money back?

Allergy Money Back claims can be submitted from 12:01am AEST on 3/08/2021 to 11:59PM AEDT on 31/3/22.

How do I claim my money back?

After using the participating product (see T&Cs for the list of these) and followed the directions of use on pack, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can, at least 72 hours after making a purchase, complete the online claim process as follows:

  • Visit www.demazin.com.au
  • Follow the prompts to the promotion claim page, input the requested details including full name, residential address, mobile phone number, bank account number and BSB number, and valid email address.
  • Upload an image of your purchase receipt. 


What proof of purchase do I need to provide?

You must provide an itemised purchase receipt. The receipt must clearly show the participating Demazin product (see T&CS for the list of these) purchased and the date and time the purchase was made.

How will I receive my money back?

The refund will be paid via bank transfer to the account details entered in the claim form.

How long will it take to receive my money back?

The refund will be paid into the nominated bank account details entered in the claim from within 7 working days of the claim being approved.

What if my bank details are submitted incorrectly? 

It is your responsibility to check that the bank details provided are correct. The promoter of this money back guarantee will not be responsible for incorrect bank details being provided, a banking institution rejecting a payment or any costs associated with locating any lost monies and you may forfeit the right to receive your money back if incorrect bank details are provided.
